Shipping
We will always ship your order as soon as possible.
However, we will produce your product for you only after we receive your order .
After completion, your goods will be lovingly packed and handed over to the shipping provider. So please understand that it can take about seven to 14 working days, because we have to produce a quality product, if necessary order fabrics, so that you will also receive a good product. The package shipment will also take about three to four business days. In this case, the manufacturing time begins the day after the order is received. If this day of order receipt falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be delayed by these days.
However, we do our best to deliver quickly.
-For deliveries within Germany, we offer free shipping to your home from a value of 50 €.
For this you have to enter the discount code at checkout, otherwise this offer will expire. Discount code: "GERMANYFREE".
For standard shipping below the mentioned value of goods the shipping costs are 6 Euro.
-For deliveries to Austria, shipping and handling costs with standard shipping are € 9.80 per packaging unit, regardless of the order value.
-International shipments to Czech Republic, Hungary, Belgium, Denmark, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden and Croatia can only be ordered with standard shipping. Here, the shipping and packaging costs are € 15.00 per packaging unit, regardless of the order value.
-There is no shipping to countries not listed.

14 days return policy:
Michael Maibach is happy to take back unworn, unwashed items in their original condition that you don't like. For a full refund, please leave all tags on the garment and fill out the return form and send it to us as a PDF to Sales(at)MichaelMaibach.de.
You have 14 days (from receipt of goods) to decide and, if necessary, return to us the products you don't want to keep. Unlike other brands, we do not include returns in the sales price! - This means that we could sell you the goods at a lower price. So if you decide to return your merchandise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. As soon as we have received and checked the goods undamaged, we will refund your payment, excluding the delivery costs we have received from you, within a maximum of 14 days.
Returns and exchanges:
If you want to exchange an item, you can send it back and simply order a new one. Of course, we are also happy to help you with warranty or guarantee claims. Please send us an e-mail with pictures of the damage to: Sales(at)MichaelMaibach.de
Please do not send the product back to us freight collect or uninsured! We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please get a return receipt and keep it in a safe place to be able to prove your return in case of loss.
